Cocolo Pore Refining Toner

Clarifying toner combining 5% niacinamide with natural witch hazel distillate (alcohol-free extraction) to tighten pore appearance, regulate sebum production, and prep skin for serums. Niacinamide strengthens the barrier and reduces redness while witch hazel’s tannins provide gentle astringent action without the drying effect of alcohol-based toners. Hyaluronic acid maintains hydration. Apply with hands using patting method or sweep with cotton pad. 200ml bottle.
